Being An Artist Relation Manager

Endorsements and other collaborations between drum companies and their artists are made possible by guys like Nico Nevermann, the artist relation manager for the european distribution of remo, dw, latin percussion and gretsch: GEWA Drums.

His job is to take care of all these companies artists whenever they are in europe touring, doing clinics or taking part in drum festivals.

At the 2019 world drum festival in Mannheim, we had the chance to talk to him about his duties and responsibilities.

Listening to Nico Nevermann, we realized how many different tasks he has to deal with every day and how important his job is.

Without artist relation managers, many collaborations simply would not work and a lot of musicians depend on their involvement.
